Shipping policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order heads out.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates (U.S.)

We currently ship within the United States via USPS and UPS.

  • Standard: typically 3–7 business days
  • Expedited: typically 2–4 business days

Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service selected. Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly shown at checkout and apply to the qualifying cart total after discounts.

Tracking

A tracking link will be emailed once your label is created. Please allow up to 24 hours for initial scans to appear.

Address Changes

Entered the wrong address? Email us at hello@plurfairy.com immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it has shipped, we can’t reroute packages. Undeliverable orders returned to us can be re-shipped (additional postage may apply).

Lost, Delayed, or “Delivered” but Not Received

If your package seems stuck or shows “delivered” but you don’t have it:

  1. Check with household members and neighbors
  2. Look around entry areas/mailroom and verify your address
  3. Wait 24–48 hours (carriers sometimes mark early)

Still no luck? Email hello@plurfairy.com with your order number so we can help investigate. Please note: we’re not responsible for theft or missing items after carrier delivery confirmation.

Damaged Items

If anything arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos so we can make it right.

Partial Shipments & Pre-Orders

Orders with pre-order or back-order items may ship together once all items are ready. If we split shipments, you’ll receive separate tracking emails.

Shipping Limitations

  • We currently ship to U.S. addresses (including most PO Boxes).
  • At this time, we do not ship internationally.
  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
